Roles and responsibilities:
– 24×7 coverage
– Making sure the system is up and functioning end to end (all API and Batch flows)
– Jobs are running on the frequency they need to
– Manual processes are being executed if we have them as stop gap measure
– Data Integrity analysis is being completed
– Data quality issues are identified and triaged correctly for timely resolution
– Identify, triage and mitigate issues within SLAs.
– Root cause analysis is being completed if we find a data integrity issue
– data pipelines are able to support the through-put we’re putting through
– response times are within SLA
– Telemetry, Dashboards, monitoring, alerts
